K9 finds reckless driver in Spokane County

A deputy patrolling the area of Yale and Woolard Road saw a car traveling northbound on Yale going almost 100 miles per hour. The deputy tried to stop the car at Big Meadows and Yale Road after the car failed to stop at a stop sign.
