Home Inspections

The primary mission of In-Site Inspections is to help promote consumer protection and safety for home buyers and sellers alike. A home inspection is a thorough walk through of a home conducted by a professional inspector. While inspections can be conducted for many reasons, they are most often conducted when buying a home, to reveal any issues that might become problems. In-Site Inspections offers services for New Constructions, Commercial Properties, Seller Inspections for home disclosures and Mold Inspections and Testing. Remember, a home inspection is an investment rather than an expense and our charge per inspection averages just $300.

If there are problems, In-Site Inspections can tell you which problems are small and which ones might be cause for concern. We also know little tricks to making quick fixes to the less important problems. HUD and FHA both recommend a home inspection to protect your investment. We recommend that you hire your own inspector not someone that is recommend by your Realtor or Broker. We schedule our inspections at your "Convenience".  Make sure that whatever inspector you do hire is certified by ASHI, NAHI or InterNACHI.

In-Site Inspections recommends that you be there so the home inspector can explain in person and answer any questions you may have about the home. In-Site Inspections completes 2 reports for you to make sure you have the facts.
