We recommend that you hire your own inspector not someone that is recommend by your Realtor or Broker. We schedule our inspections at your "Convenience". Make sure that whatever inspector you do hire is certified by ASHI, NAHI or InterNACHI. In-Site Inspections recommends that you be there so the home inspector can explain in person and answer any questions you may have about the home.
