I am a professional certified home inspector with 16 years experience in the construction and inspecting fields.
I will inspect, describe and explain every facet of your home and take the time to discuss with you proper maintenance of your home and ways to increase it's efficiency and lower your utility bills.

If at the end of my inspection you are not completely satisfied, you do not have to pay me.
